(Co-Founder) Douglas Freeman – General Manager

As General Manager, Doug is in charge of the day-to-day operations, as well as overseeing company growth and development. He brings 32 years of heavy civil construction experience in both office management and field operations. Doug has worked throughout the Northwest. He has an in-depth knowledge of the infrastructure of this industry which is an invaluable tool for the corporation’s success and growth.

   

(Co-Founder) Randy Bell Business/Operations Director

As Business/Operations Director, Randy is in charge of the corporate financial and operating procedures. He has project management experience in the heavy civil construction field as well as 25 years of business management experience as the owner/CEO of a successful Collision Repair facility in Kent, Washington. The many years of business management Randy brings to the table are essential to the day-to-day corporate operations. 

   

Tyler Freeman – Safety & Systems Coordinator

Tyler started with the company in April, 2009. His responsibilities include establishing and overseeing all safety procedures, assisting in bidding and accounting functions, and the development and maintenance of the company website. Tyler recently graduated from Montana State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. As a member of FREEMAN BELL Construction & Development, LLC Team, Tyler brings knowledge of the latest business trends, practices and procedures to the company which compliments the veteran knowledge and skills of the other team members.
